1. Orders & payment
All prices are in GBP and include VAT. Orders are confirmed when payment is authorised. We reserve the right to cancel orders if stock positions change or pricing errors occur.
2. Lead times
Custom and bespoke items carry a 6–10 week lead time from order confirmation. We will communicate any delays proactively. Lead times are indicative and not contractual.
3. Returns
Standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Bespoke and custom-specified items are non-returnable unless faulty. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.
4. Warranty
All Aura pieces carry a 10-year structural warranty. This covers frame, joinery, and primary structural components. It does not cover normal wear to fabrics, leathers, or surface finishes.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
